T3 Defense , together with its partner Mandragola Ltd., has created a joint venture set to transform European aviation. On the defense side, the venture is set to establish a NATO-compliant aviation hub in northern Europe designed to support regional security priorities and align with allied operational standards.
The initiative will also develop licensed MRO facilities and will perform aircraft modernization operations as well as lifecycle services. This joint venture serves as the cornerstone of T3 Defense ’ European aerospace and defense operations, and positions T3 Defense to capture growth across both civil and defense aviation while reinforcing NATO-aligned infrastructure in a strategically critical region.
